| To
begin your shopping excursion, click Shop
Online in the bar at the top left of the
screen. From the main product directory, you can
browse through any category you choose by
clicking on the category name. When you
would like to place an order, simply click Order
Now next to any product and you can begin
shopping.
Type in
the quantity of each product, then click
"Add to Cart." To add an item,
click "Continue Shopping." To
change the quantity of an item, go to the
"Quantity" box and type in the new
quantity, then click "Update Quanities."
When you
are finished shopping, click "Place
Order." You then have a choice of
ordering online through our secure server or
ordering offline via phone, fax or mail.
To order
online, click "Go to Secure Server."
Fill in your billing and shipping
details. If this order is a gift, fill in
the recipient's name and address. If you
would like a card to be sent with the gift,
place your message in the "Comments
or Special Instructions" box. A
confirmation page then lists all items,
recipients, shipping methods, any comments,
special instructions or gift card message, your
subtotal and final total.
To order
offline, click "Display Order Form."
Print the order form and then either fax
